This trip is specially designed to show the interested tourists, researchers, professionals how Global Warming is impacting Bangladesh. According to National Geographic report (2010), Bangladesh, the largest deltas on earth is the most vulnerable countries on this planet in terms of Climate Change Vulnerability Index. Due to the geographical location, Bangladesh is top most on the list of ‘extreme risk’ countries. Therefore, the country is already facing the adverse impacts of climate change and global warming. Notable impacts which are being observed are: Heavy Rainfalls, Extreme Temperature & Drought, Salinity Intrusion, Coastal & River Bank Erosion & Sea Level Rise. All these effects are aggravating on the overall Economic Growth scenario of Bangladesh. Among the mentioned impacts, many people are losing their livelihoods and agricultural lands, especially for coastal & river bank erosion. Consequently, two visible changes are significantly noticed; a) in country migration is happening as well as, b) adaptation-innovation is being practiced to mitigate this inevitable reality!
